Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Pergola World, we understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness and efficiency, the following cancellation and rescheduling policies apply to all design consultations:
Cancellation Policy
- 24-Hour Notice Requirement: We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your consultation.
- Cancellations with 24+ Hours Notice: If you cancel your initial consultation with more than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of $100 will be deducted from your deposit, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
- Cancellations within 24 Hours: If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before your scheduled consultation, the full deposit will be non-refundable.
For cancellations made during your project (e.g., follow-up consultations or meetings), a $50 fee will be added to your final balance if canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Rescheduling Policy
- Free Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation or project meetings at no cost as long as the request is made 24 hours or more before the scheduled time.
- Late Rescheduling Fee: If you need to reschedule within less than 24 hours of your meeting, a $50 fee will be applied.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies or unforeseen events may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, family crises, or other unforeseen events, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If approved, fees may be waived or adjusted at our discretion.
