Where do you ship to?

Pergola World Ships to the lower 48 states. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally at this time.

When can I expect my UPS order?

UPS orders are typically shipped according to the selected service level:

  • UPS Next Day Air®: Delivered the next business day after shipping.
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver®: Delivered the next business day after shipping.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air®: Delivered within 2 business days after shipping.
  • UPS Express Saver®: Delivered within 2-3 business days after shipping.
  • UPS® Ground: Delivery times vary based on location, generally 3+ business days after shipping. Please note that orders received by 12pm CST will be shipped within 2 business days, unless specified otherwise.

When can I expect my LTL Freight order?

LTL Freight orders typically require 7-10 business days for fulfillment and an additional 7-14 business days for delivery, depending on your location and the specifics of the delivery. Since these shipments involve large items such as lumber and pergola kits, delivery timelines can vary based on the freight company’s schedule and your availability to receive the goods. For specific details about your order, please contact our support team or check the tracking information provided.

What are your shipping policies?

What shipping methods and delivery times do you offer?

We offer various shipping methods, including Local Pick-Up, Local Delivery, UPS Shipping for smaller orders, and LTL Freight for larger shipments. Delivery times vary depending on the method:

  • Local Pick Up: Next business day
  • UPS 2nd Day Air®: 2 days
  • UPS® Ground: 3+ days (depending on location)
  • UPS Next Day Air®: Next business day
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver®: Next business day
  • UPS Express Saver®: 2 – 3 business days
  • LTL Freight: 3 – 14 days
  • Local Delivery (Oklahoma State Only): 3 – 14 business days

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship within the continental United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team to discuss available options.

What should I do if my package is missing, damaged or lost?

Once an order is picked up by the carrier, Pergola World is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.

Photograph and save all packaging material and/or damaged goods before filing a claim.

How do I track my order?

Pergola World offers tracking links through our website or email. We will email you a UPS tracking link or LTL shipment details.

What is your policy for local pick up?

How does local delivery work?

Local delivery within Oklahoma state is available for an additional fee and must be scheduled by calling (866) 706-0589 or emailing info@pergolaworld.com. Delivery times are within 3 to 14 business days of order fulfillment. You are responsible for unloading your order; additional fees apply if support is requested.

What are your shipping zones and fees for local delivery?

Pergola World Local Delivery Zones are divided up by county. The map and current rates are listed below.

What is your return policy?

You may return items within 30 days of purchase if they are in new and unused condition, with original packaging, tags, and labels attached. To initiate a return, contact our support team with your name and order number. Ship your return to:
