Orders received by 12pm CST will be shipped within 2 business days unless shipped via LTL Freight. See details below for freight shipments. 



Shipping costs are calculated by the total weight of the items in your order. The shipping calculator on our site provides accurate shipping information based on the weight of your order.


LTL Freight Shipments are free for the PorchMax Pergola Kit and charged on a case by case basis for all other orders. 



Pergola World offers Local Pick-Up & UPS Shipping for our smaller orders and LTL Freight for Lumber, Pergola Kits & other large shipments.

LTL Freight Returns



Please expect 7-10 business days for fulfillment of your freight order and 7-14 business days for delivery. Pergola World can and will do our best to  provide faster turn around times for as many orders as possible.

All LTL Freight Shipments utilize one of the following companies for delivery:

  • AAA Cooper
  • Estes Express Lines (LTL Standard Transit)
  • Saia Motor Freight
  • XPO Logistics

Our Residential LTL Freight services feature delivery from truck to the home. The location’s accessibility determines the shipment’s actual placement. This basic service may or may not require a delivery appointment depending on shipper, region and shipment, this includes online shipment tracking, and email updates. You are solely responsible for removal of the materials in your shipment from the delivery vehicle. 

Should the delivery vehicle be unable to drive up to your home, you will be solely responsible for the transportation of the materials from the local shipping hub in your area.  Contact your shipping provider or a local last mile delivery service to arrange for white glove delivery services in your area. 



Pergola World does not currently ship outside the continental United States. 



Pergola World is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please photograph and save all packaging material and/or damaged goods before filing a claim.



Pergola World offers tracking through ShipStation and will email you a link to track your packages.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund less shipping costs, or store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.




All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition including packaging, with all original tags and labels attached.

Pergola World does not offer free returns on LTL Freight Shipments, you are solely responsible for any cost incurred when returning materials delivered via LTL Freight Shipment. 




To return an item, please log into your account, select the order number that you would like to return a product from and click the return time link. After receiving an email with instructions, place the item securely in its original packaging and and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.




The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Lumber

  • Pergola & Roof Kits

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

     ●     A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all LTL Freight returns.     

     ●     A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all other returns.
