Pergola World office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday. You can also order on our website 24/7.

We offer a range of high-end outdoor living accessories, including outdoor TV enclosures in 55″, 65″, and 75″ sizes, working wooden shutters, as well as a line of high end hardware accessories that enhance your outdoor living experience.

What other materials do you offer for building pergolas?
In short, Pergola World offers everything you need to build your pergola from the ground up. In addition to our lumber and wood stains, we offer Quikcrete concrete, Palram Americas Polycarbonate Roofing products, Simpson Strong-Tie connectors, OzCo Building Supply hardware, Pergola World Brand wood and hardware products, and Big Timber Fasteners. This ensures you have all the materials you need without needing to make additional trips to the hardware store.

What sizes do your DIY pergola kits come in?
Our DIY pergola kits are available in sizes of 10′ x 10′ – 20′ x 20′ or custom sized to fit your specific needs. Whether you need a small pergola for a cozy backyard or a larger structure for a spacious outdoor area, we can accommodate your requirements.

Pre-stained lumber saves you time, effort and clean up by eliminating the need for staining after installation. Our high-end wood stains come in five colors, ensuring you get the perfect finish for your project while protecting the wood from the elements.
What profile ends do you offer for your lumber?
We offer five profile end options for our lumber:
- None (no decorative cuts added)
- Craftsman cut
- Mitered cut
- Scroll cut
- Custom cut*

Can you tell me more about the pre-stained lumber and pre-cut profile ends available?
Our pre-stained lumber comes in five different colors, which saves you the time and effort of staining the wood yourself and ensures a consistent, high-quality finish.
The pre-cut profile ends add a decorative touch to your lumber and are available in Craftsman, Mitered, Scroll, and custom designs. Custom profile ends require a special order; please contact us at (866) 706-0589 or info@pergolaworld.com to discuss your custom design needs.

Do you offer installation service?
While we specialize in DIY kits, we can provide instructions, guidance and recommendations. For professional outdoor living design and installation services within the state of Oklahoma, please reach out to our sister company Green Okie Construction.

What wood stains do you offer?
We offer high-end wood stains in 1-gallon and 5-gallon sizes. Our private label stains come in five unique colors: Classic Walnut, Clear, Espresso Bean, Ocean Cape Grey, and Rustic Red.
Can you pre-stain lumber or other products in the available stain colors?
Yes, we can pre-stain any lumber or lumber products, including post bases, wood corbels, TV boxes, or shutters, in our available stain colors: Classic Walnut, Clear, Espresso Bean, Ocean Cape Grey, and Rustic Red. This service ensures your materials arrive ready for installation with a high-quality finish. These stains enhance the natural beauty of the wood while providing long-lasting protection against weather conditions.
I've purchased lumber from somewhere else, can you pre-stain or cut my lumber for me?
At this time we do not work with lumber purchased from outside Pergola World.
Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship to?
Pergola World Ships to the lower 48 states. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally at this time.
When can I expect my UPS order?
UPS orders are typically shipped according to the selected service level:
- UPS Next Day Air®: Delivered the next business day after shipping.
- UPS Next Day Air Saver®: Delivered the next business day after shipping.
- UPS 2nd Day Air®: Delivered within 2 business days after shipping.
- UPS Express Saver®: Delivered within 2-3 business days after shipping.
- UPS® Ground: Delivery times vary based on location, generally 3+ business days after shipping. Please note that orders received by 12pm CST will be shipped within 2 business days, unless specified otherwise.
When can I expect my LTL Freight order?
LTL Freight orders typically require 7-10 business days for fulfillment and an additional 7-14 business days for delivery, depending on your location and the specifics of the delivery. Since these shipments involve large items such as lumber and pergola kits, delivery timelines can vary based on the freight company’s schedule and your availability to receive the goods. For specific details about your order, please contact our support team or check the tracking information provided.

What are your shipping policies?
Orders received by 12pm CST will be shipped within 2 business days unless shipped via LTL Freight. Shipping costs are calculated by the total weight of the items in your order. Our shipping calculator provides accurate shipping information based on weight.
What shipping methods and delivery times do you offer?
We offer various shipping methods, including Local Pick-Up, Local Delivery, UPS Shipping for smaller orders, and LTL Freight for larger shipments. Delivery times vary depending on the method:
- Local Pick Up: Next business day
- UPS 2nd Day Air®: 2 days
- UPS® Ground: 3+ days (depending on location)
- UPS Next Day Air®: Next business day
- UPS Next Day Air Saver®: Next business day
- UPS Express Saver®: 2 – 3 business days
- LTL Freight: 3 – 14 days
- Local Delivery (Oklahoma State Only): 3 – 14 business days
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the continental United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team to discuss available options.
What should I do if my package is missing, damaged or lost?
Once an order is picked up by the carrier, Pergola World is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
Photograph and save all packaging material and/or damaged goods before filing a claim.
How do I track my order?
Pergola World offers tracking links through our website or email. We will email you a UPS tracking link or LTL shipment details.
What is your policy for local pick up?
Local pick up orders can be arranged by contacting our team via email or calling (866) 706 – 0589
We offer a 14-day grace period for storing your orders. After the initial 14 days, a storage fee of $50 per week applies. Orders left for longer than 8 weeks will be considered abandoned, and the materials will be re-entered into inventory. For detailed storage policies, please contact us.
How does local delivery work?
Local delivery within Oklahoma state is available for an additional fee and must be scheduled by calling (866) 706-0589 or emailing info@pergolaworld.com. Delivery times are within 3 to 14 business days of order fulfillment. You are responsible for unloading your order; additional fees apply if support is requested.
What are your shipping zones and fees for local delivery?
Pergola World Local Delivery Zones are divided up by county. The map and current rates are listed below.

- Zone 2: Tulsa, Creek, Wagoner, Okmulgee – $250.00

What is your return policy?
You may return items within 30 days of purchase if they are in new and unused condition, with original packaging, tags, and labels attached. To initiate a return, contact our support team with your name and order number. Ship your return to:
