Description
5/8″-11 x 1′ All-Thread Rod, Zinc
The most economical and most common form of Threaded Rod. Typically used by the plumbing and contracting trades. Used in maintenance departments in various applications. Zinc plating, retards the corrosion rate in a normal atmosphere.
These Drive Straight Zinc-Plated Steel Threaded Rods feature a continuous thread design and durable steel construction.
- Use when large bolts are required for anchoring purposes
- Grade 2 low-carbon steel construction
- 10 ft. long
- Zinc plated for moderate protection against rust
- Continuous thread design
- Made from Grade 2 low carbon steel
Stainless steel threaded rods provide excellent protection against rust and corrosion. Used in chemical, food and other industries where corrosion resistance is required. Conforms to ASME B18.31.3 Class 1A rolled threads 18-8 provides excellent corrosion resistance. Minimum tensile strength is 75,000 psi
5/8″-11 means there are 11 threads per inch and considered coarse thread.
